Supporting Ukrainians Impacted by War

I am a Ukrainian therapist who is actively supporting those impacted by the russian war in Ukraine. Though I speak russian, I was born in Ukraine and have family and friends there who are currently being impacted. I understand the complexities of the situation and am here to support those impacted in any way that I can.

How I work

Providing critical medical aid to Ukrainian defenders and supporting Ukrainian new arrivals locally.

Iā€™m the board vice president for DAWN INC. I co-founded this organization because I believe in the sovereignty and dignity of the Ukrainian people. Currently, every day Ukrainians are putting their lives on the line to protect their families and their land. Our defenders need life-saving medical aid in order to be able to respond quickly and effectively to the needs on the ground.

When Ukrainians arrive in the United States, they are often struggling to get settled and find their footing. That is why we, also, work on providing new arrivals with social services so that they can work on rebuilding their lives.
